Functional Requirement

---

1. Need to activate the Business content Inventory datasources in NECNED100.
2. Need to maintain the extract structures as per NEC requirement.
3. Need to install the Standard Inventory Cube & Transformations from BI Content in BPD.
4. Need to create Transport requests in NECNED100(ECC Development), BPD(BW 7.3 Development) & collect all the required objects.

Solution Summary

1. Need to check the settings in BF11 T-Code whether flags for NDI & BW are checked.
2. Need to activate the standard Inventory business content datasources and enhance the datasources as per requirement.
3. Need to maintain the Delta update mode for Inventory(03) application.
4. Replicate the datasources to BPD from NECNED100 & NECNED300 Source systems.
5. Install the Standard inventory cube, its dataflow and queries from BI Content.
6. Need to add the required infoobjects to the standard inventory Source as per requirement.

Test Plan

3	Check whether Delta Records are updating correctly from ECC to BW.	Data updated consistently to BW from ECC.
4	Check the source against the NEC standard checklist.	Source should pass all the test cases as per NEC standard checklist.

Solution Details

---

1. Need to check the settings in BF11 T-Code whether flags for NDI & BW are checked.
2. Need to activate the standard Inventory business content datasources as follows:

• Stock Initialization for Inventory Management 2LIS_03_BX.
• Goods Movements From Inventory Management 2LIS_03_BF.
• Revaluations 2LIS_03_UM.

3. If required, enhance the datasources as per NEC requirement.
4. Need to maintain the Delta update mode for Inventory(03) application.
5. Need to replicate the datasources 2LIS_03_BX, 2LIS_BF_03, 2LIS_03_UM to BPD from NECNED100 & NECNED300 Source systems.
6. Need to install the Standard inventory infocube 0IC_C03, its dataflow & queries form BI Content.
7. Need to include the required Infoobjects to Inventory infocube.
8. Need to create DTP's to load Inventory data to Infocube.

Issues

Need to check whether we can use DSO as Propagation layer.
